Job Description

Kita Wunderkind is a bilingual daycare located in Zürich - Enge, just behind Swiss Life. We are a state-approved daycare offering bilingual instruction in German and English (60/40). Our dedicated instructors support and accompany children aged 3 months to preschool, following our custom-designed curriculum.

Baby Group (3-18 months): In our baby group, we prioritize gentle, responsive, and developmentally appropriate care for infants aged 3 to 18 months. Our approach emphasizes:

• Secure attachment and emotional bonding, fostering a calm and trusting environment.
• Individualized care routines that respect each child's sleep, feeding, and developmental rhythm.
• Early sensory and motor development through age-appropriate play, music, and movement.
• Language immersion in English and German through daily interaction, songs, and storytelling.
• A warm, safe, and stimulating environment that encourages early exploration and curiosity.

Our baby educators work closely with parents to ensure continuity between home and daycare routines, providing attentive and loving care during this pivotal stage of early development.

We are seeking a part-time/full-time English Assistant Preschool Teacher (only NATIVE English speakers) for our Baby group. Essential requirements include:

• Fluency in English as a mother tongue.
• A strong focus on child education within the age group of 3 months to 18 months (Baby Group).
• A solid work ethic and self-initiative.
• An interest in a long-term collaboration.
