To further expand and modernize the infrastructure, we are seeking a dedicated individual in the field of building technology who is ready to develop and implement innovative solutions.

Job Description

In this key role, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of investment projects in the area of building technology (HVAC) and infrastructure. You will create well-founded project concepts in close collaboration with internal departments and ensure that all technical and qualitative requirements are met during project execution.

Your tasks will include:

• Coordinating with external specialists, suppliers, and service providers.
• Analyzing and evaluating existing systems to derive optimization and maintenance measures.
• Providing technical support to internal stakeholders on various technical issues.

This position requires both strategic thinking and practical implementation skills to drive projects successfully and achieve corporate goals.

We Expect

You bring a completed vocational training with a federal diploma in building technology or an equivalent qualification. Several years of experience in project management of technical infrastructure projects is required.

Additional qualifications include:

• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience in the conception and implementation of complex investment projects.
• A solid command of digital tools and knowledge of analysis and process methods.
• An independent, proactive, and resilient personality with a team-oriented approach.
• Expertise in energy efficiency or construction is ideal.
