Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and intelligent workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions from concept to production.
• Build reusable AI components, prompts, and automation capabilities to support multiple use cases.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and data sources through APIs and connectors.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to enhance reliability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Define testing methodologies and evaluate AI solution performance prior to deployment.
• Support user adoption through documentation, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to AI best practices, governance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for further automation and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Proven experience developing AI applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience building AI agents, copilots, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs and enterprise systems.
• Good programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (version control, testing, maintainable code).
• Experience designing scalable and reusable AI architectures is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in regulated or quality-driven environments is considered a strong asset.
• Fluent English is required.
