Your Mission:
- Lead the conceptual design phase to select the machine’s architecture; influence the development team and ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Define the qualifications plan for the prototype; conduct testing, analyze results, and present and commission the product at customer facilities.
- Participate in product sustainability activities; define production tests and their acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in servo regulation for motion control and mechatronics engineering; knowledge of metrology and optics is an asset.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide technical guidance to the development team to ensure accurate and timely achievement of development objectives.
Your Profile:
- Master's degree in control or mechatronics engineering.
- Ideally, 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of physical phenomena, such as mechanical and electronics coupling, vibration dynamics, and thermo-mechanics.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/SIMULINK.
- Good knowledge of real-time applications and programming languages such as C and C++.
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge.
- Autonomous with the ability to work effectively in teams; possesses strong analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and capable of engaging with a global customer base.
