Your Mission:
- Lead the conceptual design phase to select the machine’s architecture and influence the development team to ensure the solution meets requirements.
- Define the qualifications plan for the prototype, conduct testing, analyze results, and present/commission the product at customers’ facilities.
- Participate in sustaining product activities and define production tests along with their acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrate strong expertise with concrete achievements in servo regulation for motion control and mechatronics engineering; knowledge of metrology and optics is a plus.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide follow-up and technical guidance to the development team, ensuring efficient and timely achievement of defined objectives.
Your Profile:
- Master's degree in control or mechatronics engineering.
- Ideally, 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of physical phenomena, including mechanical and electronics coupling, vibration dynamics, and thermo-mechanics.
- Proficient in MATLAB/SIMULINK.
- Good knowledge of real-time applications and programming languages such as C and C++.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management.
- Autonomous with strong teamwork capabilities and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and capable of engaging with a global customer base.
