Your Mission
- Lead the conceptual design phase to select the machine's architecture; influence the development team and ensure that the chosen solution meets the necessary requirements.
- Define the qualifications plan for the prototype; conduct testing, analyze results, and present and commission products at customer facilities.
- Engage in product sustaining activities; define production tests and establish acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrate strong expertise with concrete accomplishments in servo regulation for motion control and mechatronics engineering; knowledge of metrology and optics is an asset.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide follow-up and technical guidance to the development team to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely achievement of development objectives.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in control or mechatronics engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of physical phenomena (e.g., mechanical and electronics coupling, vibration dynamics, thermo-mechanics).
- Proficiency in MATLAB/SIMULINK.
- Good knowledge of real-time applications and programming languages such as C and C++.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; strong analytical thinker.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (capable of interacting with international customers).
