Key Responsibilities
- Rigging and de-rigging of various engine types, including:
- Pratt & Whitney GTF PW1100G-JM
- Pratt & Whitney PW4000 series (PW40xx / PW41xx / PW4168)
- CFM International LEAP 1B
- CFM International CFM 56 series (CFM56-5B / CFM56-7B)
- Conduct final engine test runs of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals.
- Ensure timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders.
- Document activities assigned in compliance with regulations.
- Continuously improve executed processes, focusing on quality enhancement and reducing production costs.
- Participate in a two-shift work schedule.
Your Profile
- Completed technical vocational training, preferably specialized in metal (Polymechanics, machine mechanics, automobile mechanics, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with precision and responsibility.
- Open-minded and dedicated team player.
- High awareness of safety, quality, and cost factors.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Minimum English level of B1+, knowledge of German is a plus.
