Engine Mechanic Position

We are searching for dedicated and skilled individuals to enhance our shop floor operations across various areas, including Engine Line, Module Line, and Piece Part Repair in Bad Zurzach and Zurich-Airport. If this opportunity excites you, we invite you to apply online using the form below.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the disassembly and assembly of aircraft engines or modules on one of our engine lines (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56).
  • Ensure the technical and administrative completion of all assigned tasks in accordance with relevant manuals and regulations.
  • Deliver assigned work on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Implement Lean methodology and support continuous process improvement.
  • Work with a focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
  • Act with independence, efficiency, and cost awareness.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, automotive or agricultural machinery mechanic, or from another highly mechanical/technical industry.
  • Relevant work experience within the aviation or MRO industry is considered a strong advantage.
  • Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
  • High sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
  • Good English skills (minimum B1); German speaking is an advantage.
  • Able to work in a 2-shift system.
