Engine Mechanic Position

We are looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our shop floor across several areas, including the Engine Line, Module Line, and Piece Part Repair in Bad Zurzach and Zurich Airport. Key Responsibilities

  • Support disassembly and assembly of aircraft engines or modules on one of our engine lines (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56).
  • Ensure technical and administrative completion of all assigned tasks in accordance with applicable manuals and regulations.
  • Deliver assigned work on time and to high-quality standards.
  • Apply Lean methodology and support continuous process improvement.
  • Work with a focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
  • Act with independence, efficiency, and cost awareness.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, automotive engineer, agricultural machinery mechanic, or from another highly mechanical/technical industry.
  • Relevant working experience within the Aviation or MRO industry is considered a strong advantage.
  • Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects.
  • High sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
  • Good English skills (minimum B1); German speaking is an advantage.
  • Able to work in a 2-shift system.
