Join Our Team as an Engine Shop Engineer

We are a leading Engine MRO service provider headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, with over 90 years of experience delivering customized maintenance, repair, and overhaul solutions to more than 300 customers worldwide. We are currently looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Engine Mechanic teams at Zurich Airport and Bad Zurzach.

Your Tasks

• Prepare all required Working Documentation based on Engineering input for the Engine Shop Visits
• Create, distribute, and control the Engine Maintenance records / Shop Orders
• Provide technical support on the work specification
• Offer continuous improvement inputs for process improvement methodologies
• Liaise with Engineering on Workscope execution options
• Control execution and work planning as needed
• Function as a key user for the documentation systems in use

Your Profile

• Education: Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Aviation, with at least 3 years of experience in an Aviation MRO (preferably in engine) environment
• A keen eye for detail and strong awareness of quality requirements
• Systematic work attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication skills
• IT proficiency and experience (MS Office, SAP, and FieldLogs)
• Proficiency in English (Level B2, C1 preferred); German is a plus
