Your Tasks

• Provide proactive support and lead problem-solving activities and projects.
• Define, select, analyze, implement, and enhance the Technical Product Standard and maintenance concept for the New Engines PW1100G-JM and CFM LEAP-1A/-1B.
• Incorporate all necessary technical and organizational inputs to industrialize the New Engines.
• Assess and implement OEM tech data and customer requirements into work procedures while striving for optimal safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to enhance the repairability and reliability of engine parts and components.
• Conduct damage event investigations and prepare corresponding investigation reports.

Your Profile

• Education: Academic Diploma or Degree, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aviation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• At least 3 years of experience in an aviation MRO (preferably engine) environment.
• Proficiency in English (Level B2); German is a plus.
