Job Description
- Support in the disassembly and assembly of aircraft engines or modules in various engine lines (e.g., GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56)
- Work in areas such as Engine Line, Modules Line, or Piece Part Repair
- Technical and administrative completion of assigned tasks according to manuals and regulations
- Timely and high-quality execution of all work orders
- Application of lean methods and active support of continuous process improvements
- Work with a strong focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility
What We Expect
- Completed vocational training in a mechanical or technical field (e.g., polymechanic, automotive, or agricultural machinery mechanic)
- Openness to a career change from other technical industries or entry into the profession
- Independent, precise, and responsible working style
- Physical endurance and willingness to lift heavy components
- Team-oriented, eagerness to learn, and high self-motivation
- English language skills at least at level B1; German language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work in a two-shift operation
