Your Tasks

  • Preparation of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines for maintenance, such as unwrapping, de-preservation, etc.
  • Handling of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines between ship stands, pedestals, and trailers in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals.
  • Perform incoming inspections of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals. Report findings to engineering.
  • Perform outgoing inspections of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals. Initiate corrective actions in case of findings.
  • Documentation of installed engine components with the Vocollect System.
  • Timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders.
  • Documentation of activities assigned in accordance with regulations.
  • Continuous improvement of executed processes, aiming to enhance quality and reduce production costs.

Your Profile

  • Completed technical vocational training, preferably specialized in metal (Polymechanics, machine mechanics, automobile mechanics, or equivalent).
  • 2 years of experience.
  • In case of field assistance: willingness to travel.
  • Availability for two shifts.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Independent, precise, and responsible work approach.
  • Open-minded, dedicated team player.
  • High safety, quality, and cost awareness.
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
  • German and English at Level B1.
