Your Tasks

• Preparation of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines for maintenance, such as unwrapping and de-preservation.
• Handling of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines between ship stands, pedestals, and trailers in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals.
• Perform incoming inspection of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines according to the manufacturer's guidelines and report findings to engineering.
• Conduct outgoing inspections of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
• Documentation of installed engine components with the Vocollect System.
• Timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders.
• Documentation of activities in compliance with regulations.
• Continuous improvement of executed processes, aiming to enhance quality and reduce production costs.

Your Profile

• Completed technical vocational training, preferably specialized in metal (Polymechanics, machine mechanics, automobile mechanics, or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel for field assistance.
• Availability to work in two shifts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic.
• Open-minded, dedicated team player.
• High safety, quality, and cost awareness.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• German and English proficiency at Level B1.
