Your Role: Mechanic Engine Assembly (Rotor)

As a Mechanic Engine Assembly (Rotor), you will:

• Assemble aircraft engines (Pratt & Whitney 4000 & CFM56)
• Complete technical and administrative tasks in accordance with regulations
• Deliver assigned work on time and to high-quality standards
• Implement Lean methods and support continuous process improvement
• Focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility
• Act independently, efficiently, and with cost-awareness

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

• Completed vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, automotive, or agricultural machinery mechanic
• Independent, precise, and responsible working style
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Physically fit, resilient, and flexible
• High sense of responsibility and self-motivation
• Proficiency in English and German
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
