Your Responsibilities

• Assembly of aircraft engines (Pratt & Whitney 4000 & CFM56)
• Technical and administrative completion of all assigned tasks in accordance with regulations
• Carrying out assigned work on time and ensuring high-quality output
• Application of Lean Methodology
• Continuous improvement of processes aimed at enhancing quality and safety
• Environmentally conscious handling of resources
• Independent and economically sound decision-making
• Work in a 2-shift system

Your Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training, preferably as a polymechanic, automotive, or agricultural machinery mechanic
• Independent, meticulous, and responsible work ethic
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good health condition, able to work under pressure, and flexible
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and self-motivation
• Good knowledge of German and proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum level A2)
