Your Responsibilities

• Assembly of aircraft engines (Pratt & Whitney 4000 & CFM56)
• Technical and administrative completion of all assigned tasks in accordance with regulations
• Timely execution of assigned work while ensuring quality standards
• Application of Lean methods
• Continuous improvement of processes aimed at enhancing quality and safety
• Environmentally conscious handling of resources
• Independent, economical thinking and acting
• Work in 2 shifts

Your Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training, preferably as a polymechanic, automotive or agricultural machinery mechanic
• Independent, accurate, and responsible work ethic
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Good physical health and ability to work under pressure; flexible
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and self-motivation
• Good knowledge of German and strong written and spoken English skills (level A2)
