Your Tasks

• Assemble aircraft engines (Pratt & Whitney 4000 & CFM56)
• Technical and administrative completion of all assigned tasks in accordance with regulations
• Deliver assigned work on time and to high quality standards
• Apply Lean methods and support continuous process improvement
• Work with a focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility
• Act with independence, efficiency, and cost-awareness

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally as polymechanic, automotive or agricultural machinery mechanic
• Independent, precise, and responsible working style
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Physically fit, resilient, and flexible
• High sense of responsibility and self-motivation
• Good English and German skills
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
