Your Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain security solutions for endpoints and Microsoft 365 cloud environments.
Monitor security alerts and conduct incident response activities to identify, analyze, and remediate threats.
Manage security policies and controls across Microsoft Defender, Intune, and other M365 security tools.
Collaborate with IT infrastructure, network, and compliance teams to enforce security standards.
Perform regular vulnerability assessments and ensure timely remediation.
Drive the development of security awareness initiatives and training for end users.
Evaluate and integrate new security technologies and solutions.
Maintain up-to-date documentation on security policies, procedures, and incident reports.
Support audits and compliance efforts (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
Continuously monitor evolving security threats and recommend proactive countermeasures.
Your Profile:
Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience in endpoint security and Microsoft 365 security administration.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft security solutions: Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, Intune, Azure AD Security, etc.
Experience with incident response, vulnerability management, and security operations.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate, CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team.
