About the Role
As one of the early team members at Nanoflex Robotics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping both our technology and our company culture. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where your contributions will have a direct effect on patient outcomes and the future landscape of remote interventional medicine.
Reporting to the Endovascular Device Team Lead, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Contributing to the research, development, verification, validation, and industrialization of our devices.
- Supporting the creation and implementation of design control, risk management, quality, and regulatory documentation related to our devices and manufacturing processes.
- Interfacing with clinical experts, suppliers, and the entire cross-functional development team, including engineering, manufacturing, risk management, clinical, quality, and regulatory domains.
Your Profile
- Minimum BSc in engineering (biomedical, mechanics, micro-technology).
- At least 2 years of experience in medical device development, ideally with Class II or III devices.
- Proven experience with medical device development and verification activities, particularly with catheters or guidewires.
- Solid understanding of FDA and MDR regulations, as well as standards such as ISO 13485 & ISO 14971.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Collaborative team player with a hands-on attitude and a passion for innovation, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance products, processes, and team dynamics.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with a hands-on mindset.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
