Your Role

As an Embedded Hardware Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and industrialization of electronic circuits for embedded systems, taking projects from specification through to series production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating schematics, layouts, documentation, and production documents.
  • Commissioning, verifying, and optimizing prototypes.
  • Performing EMC measurements and enhancing EMC performance.
  • Evaluating and selecting components, and calculating and simulating extreme value scenarios.
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to integrate electronic components into the overall system.
  • Preparing products for series production in partnership with manufacturing associates, ensuring a seamless transition from prototype to production.
  • Planning, setting up, and supporting in-house production processes.

Your Profile

You possess a degree in electrical engineering or a related field, with a genuine passion for electronics. Your qualifications and attributes include:

  • Expertise in designing analog and digital circuits for sensor applications.
  • Experience with circuit simulation, PCB layout, and production documentation.
  • Proficiency in performing measurements on electronic circuits and systems.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing electronic prototypes to meet functional and performance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with manual prototyping and small-scale manufacturing.
  • Programming skills in C and Python.
  • Prior experience with product industrialization is a significant advantage.
