  • Develop and test embedded firmware for control, signal processing, and communication.
  • Perform make-or-buy analyses and manage both internal and external development activities.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and integration.
  • Document and define technical requirements, tracking project milestones through to verification and validation.
  • Adapt generic electronic platforms to specific customer applications and integration requirements.
  • Assemble, test, and debug prototypes, developing supporting documentation as needed.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of experience in electronic or embedded systems development.
  • Experience with high-voltage systems and safe laboratory practices.
  • Strong programming skills in C for embedded applications.
  • Experience in firmware testing, debugging, and validation.
  • Familiarity with hardware design, simulation, and PCB layout.
  • Hands-on mindset with comfort in soldering, testing, and circuit troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability to manage suppliers and coordinate with external engineering partners.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, both waterfall and agile.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (minimum C1); proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Autonomous, trustworthy, and results-oriented, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
