Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is not just a standard service position; you'll be working on high-quality machines engineered and manufactured right here in the Netherlands. Our focus is on thoughtful engineering rather than mass production. This means the work you do will be complex and intellectually rewarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive to customer locations in your service van to address technical issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance and overhauls on-site.
- Work with a variety of technologies, including mechanical cleaning systems, high-pressure pumps, and sophisticated inspection equipment.
- Engage in thorough analysis and testing to understand issues from the core.
- Independently determine your approach to problem-solving, with support available as needed.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in service, machine construction, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in electrical engineering and mechatronics, with hydraulics knowledge being a plus.
- Experience with various engines (diesel, gasoline, electric) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with pumps or PTO is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and generate effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
- Fluent in Dutch and comfortable with digital reporting.
- Resident of West Netherlands.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to our main location in Brabant for training.
