Job Title: Service Engineer
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of production installations within our site. When technical failures occur, you will take the lead in diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults efficiently and safely. While rapid intervention is essential, your top priorities will always be safety, quality, and long-term reliability.
Your role will involve optimizing and implementing technical modifications to production lines, particularly during product changeovers and line conversions. Your engineering expertise will support smooth and efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fault diagnosis and resolution of electrical and mechanical issues.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times.
- Participate in the optimization and modification of production lines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift system.
- Bachelor's degree or strong technical qualification in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, Electronics, or a related field.
- Solid practical experience in a production or industrial environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with broad electromechanical knowledge.
- Experience with automation systems and troubleshooting of production equipment is an advantage.
- Motivated to grow technically and develop a long-term career within an international organization.
- Team-oriented, yet able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a food production environment with strict safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
