Job Description
- Monitoring, maintenance, and upkeep of buildings and building technology in Trimbach and Olten
- Commissioning and supervising service providers and third-party companies
- Accompanying and executing projects (requirements specification, installations, commissioning) and renovations
- Documentation of maintenance activities (CareOffice)
- Maintenance of documents (operating instructions, diagrams)
- Procurement and management of spare parts
We Expect
- Completed apprenticeship as an electrician, building technician, automation technician, or in a comparable field
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Enjoyment in troubleshooting and strong diagnostic skills
- Connection approval NIV Art. 15 (Art. 13 is an advantage)
- Experience in electronics, control systems, and sensors
- Experience in HVAC is desirable
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
- Solid MS Office proficiency
- High initiative, independence, and a reliable working style
- Comfortable working at heights, including on elevated work platforms and roofs
