Your Tasks

• Evaluate the technical condition of harnesses according to effective regulations.
• Create Job Orders based on inspection results.
• Set timelines for the overhaul cycle of engine parts.
• Repair and test parts according to work scope.
• Perform in-process inspections and final inspections.
• Clarify technical issues with engineering in case of findings outside acceptable limits.
• Create documentation to communicate parts condition to customers.
• Certify harnesses.
• Conduct internal audits (5S).
• Ensure continuous improvement of shop processes to optimize quality, security, and cost efficiency.
• Adhere to the company’s safety and quality regulations at all times.
• Implement 5S principles to ensure a clean working environment.

Your Profile

• Completed 3 or 4-year apprenticeship as an electrician, automation mechanic, or equivalent.
• Ability to work autonomously and accurately.
• A collaborative team player.
• Basic IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP).
• English proficiency at a minimum of A2 level.
• Willingness to work in two shifts.
