Your Future Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, executing, and controlling work processes
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the team and apprentices
- Organizing and developing teams to achieve set objectives
- Ensuring technical coordination between project managers, manufacturing, quality control, and delivery
- Assembling and wiring of electrical panels or cabinets for metering and distribution
- Assembling and wiring of low-voltage switchgear and photovoltaic distribution cabinets
- Inspecting cabinets (control panels, low-voltage switchgear) prior to delivery to ensure compliance with standards and signed offers
Your Profile
- You possess a vocational diploma (CFC) as an automation technician, assembly technician, installation electrician, or a comparable qualification.
- You have obtained a certificate as a workshop manager in electrical panel construction or a federal diploma as a master in electrical panels and automation.
- You have prior experience in team leadership and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- You exhibit strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility.
- You are versatile, detail-oriented, and possess robust problem-solving abilities for technical challenges.
- You hold a valid driving license.
