Your Role as an Electrical Chief Installer
As an Electrical Chief Installer, you will lead a variety of exciting shop fitting projects from inception to handover. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading demanding shop fitting projects, from individual retail shops to large retail chains.
- Being the primary point of contact for our customers.
- Coordinating with employees, customers, and partners effectively.
- Ensuring that quality, deadlines, and budget constraints are met.
- Managing your project team both technically and organizationally.
What You Bring to the Table
To excel in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Further training as an Electrical Project Manager or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in project management, including calculations (NPK/increases).
- Leadership experience in similar positions is advantageous.
- A passion for customer interaction.
- A high degree of flexibility and a collaborative spirit.
- A valid driver's license (Category B).
- Willingness to work in German-speaking Switzerland.
