Your Responsibilities

As an Educational Specialist, you will share equal responsibility for a group of children ranging from 3 months to kindergarten age. Your role will include:

• Promoting and supporting the individual development of each child within our educational spaces.
• Documenting active observation sequences in writing to be included in each child's portfolio.
• Independently planning and organizing the daily routine of the daycare, including excursions, themed projects, and events with parents, all aligned with our educational concept.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Qualification as a FaBeK EFZ or comparable training (foreign diplomas must have Swiss recognition).
• A love for spending time in nature and a desire to develop and implement ideas or projects in daily life.
• An appreciation for a respectful team environment and a commitment to open feedback.
• Proficiency in German is essential; English language skills are an advantage.
