- Enhancing the integration of learning tools and digital resources, supporting faculty in developing skills to effectively implement blended learning strategies, interactive content, and technology-driven teaching approaches.
- Providing hands-on support to faculty members—including new and external lecturers—by optimizing existing courses and developing new ones to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
- Facilitating workshops and individual coaching for faculty on teaching approaches and strategies, digital learning tools, and effective course delivery.
- Managing the entire course evaluation process—timely initiation to discussing individual feedback reports with lecturers.
- Actively participating in the department's teaching commission, ensuring relevant teaching-related information is shared and discussed with all stakeholders (students, lecturers, and staff).
- Staying updated on the latest teaching trends in higher education, digital education, and instructional design, while bringing practical innovations to the department.
- Being adaptable and ready to undertake all necessary tasks—from high-level advising to hands-on course implementation and troubleshooting.
