Our approach emphasizes emotional security, individual development, and the establishment of a strong, trusting relationship between educators and children.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide loving, professional care for infants and toddlers (from 6 months to 2 years).
• Create a developmentally supportive daily routine tailored to the youngest children's needs.
• Build stable bonds and establish rituals that provide safety and orientation.
• Design age-appropriate sensory and movement activities based on our EarlySteps curriculum.
• Observe and document developmental milestones.
• Engage in sensitive, open communication and partnership with parents.

Your Profile

• Recognized qualification as an Early Childhood Educator.
• Additional training or experience in early childhood development is a plus.
• Native German speaker with a good command of English.
• A high level of empathy, patience, and sense of responsibility.
• Genuine enthusiasm for supporting early childhood development in a professional, research-informed manner.
