Your Responsibilities:
- Guide and support children in their development while organizing a creative and varied daily routine.
- Plan and implement educational activities based on our bespoke curriculum.
- Collaborate closely with parents, fostering trusting and open communication.
- Ensure a safe and trusting environment where children feel comfortable and secure.
- Work closely with your team to maintain and further develop our high-quality standards.
What You Bring:
- CACHE Level 3 Diploma with or without recognition.
- Passion for working with children and enthusiasm for fostering their development.
- Team spirit, creativity, and the ability to bring the curriculum to life.
- Open and confident communication skills with parents, colleagues, and children.
- Interest in your own professional and personal development.
