Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified English-speaking Early Years Educator. What will your responsibilities include?

• Providing educational support and supervision for children entrusted to you (age-specific or age-mixed groups, children aged 3 months to school entry)
• Creating an age-appropriate and interest-based daily routine for children
• Documenting observations and developmental progress through portfolios
• Building partnerships with families
• Actively participating in team meetings
• Organizing excursions and parent activities

What Should You Bring?

• Native English speaker
• A completed vocational training in nursery nursing or a degree in Early Years Education
• Knowledge of educational planning and implementation, project work, and procedures for observation and documentation
• A teamwork-oriented mindset
• A high level of creativity and flexibility, along with the ability to take initiative
• The capacity to work independently, responsibly, and in a structured manner
