Our commitment is to pedagogical excellence at an international level. In our Early Kindergarten group, we accompany children through the most sensitive years of early childhood. Our focus lies on emotional security, individual development, and fostering a strong, trusting bond between educators and children.

Your Responsibilities

• Loving, professional care for infants and toddlers (from 6 months to 2 years)
• Creating a developmentally supportive daily routine tailored to the needs of our youngest children
• Building stable bonds and establishing rituals that provide safety and orientation
• Designing age-appropriate sensory and movement activities based on our EarlySteps curriculum
• Observing and documenting developmental milestones
• Engaging in sensitive, open communication and partnership with parents

Your Profile

• Recognized qualification as an Early Childhood Educator
• Additional training or experience in early childhood development is an advantage
• German as a native language and a good command of English
• A high level of empathy, patience, and a sense of responsibility
• Genuine enthusiasm for supporting early childhood development in a professional, research-informed way
