Job Description

We are seeking a qualified English-speaking Early Years Educator. Here are your responsibilities:

• Provide educational support and guidance to children aged 3 months to school entry, in both age-specific and mixed-age groups.
• Develop an age-appropriate and interest-driven daily routine for children.
• Observe and document children's development through portfolios.
• Establish partnerships with families.
• Actively participate in team meetings.
• Organize excursions and parent activities.

What You Should Bring

• Native English speaker.
• A completed vocational training in nursery nursing or a degree in Early Years Education.
• Knowledge of educational planning, implementation, project work, observation, and documentation procedures.
• A team player with a high level of creativity and flexibility.
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and in a structured manner.
