Early Years Educator - Starting February 2026

Our commitment is to pedagogical excellence at an international level. In our Early Kindergarten group, we accompany children through the most sensitive years of early childhood. Our approach focuses on emotional security, individual development, and a strong, trusting bond between educators and children.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing loving, professional care for infants and toddlers (from 6 months to 2 years)
• Creating a developmentally supportive daily routine tailored to the needs of the youngest children
• Building stable bonds and establishing rituals that provide safety and orientation
• Designing age-appropriate sensory and movement activities based on our EarlySteps curriculum
• Observing and documenting developmental milestones
• Engaging in sensitive, open communication and partnership with parents

Your Profile

• Recognized qualification as Early Childhood Educator
• Additional training or experience in early childhood development is an advantage
• Fluent in German and good command of English
• High level of empathy, patience, and sense of responsibility
• Genuine enthusiasm for supporting early childhood development in a professional, research-informed way
