Your Responsibilities
- Guide and support children in their development while organizing a creative and varied daily routine.
- Plan and organize educational activities based on our bespoke curriculum.
- Collaborate closely with parents, fostering a trusting and communicative relationship.
- Ensure a safe and trusting environment where children feel comfortable and secure.
- Work closely with your team to maintain and further develop globegarden's high-quality standards.
What You Bring
- Completed training as an Early Years Educator or equivalent social pedagogical qualification, such as BA Early Childhood Education, CACHE Level 3, nursery teacher, etc.
- Passion for working with children and enthusiasm for fostering their development.
- Team spirit, creativity, and the ability to bring the curriculum to life.
- Confident communication skills with parents, colleagues, and children.
- Interest in personal and professional development.
