About the Role
Our client, a small yet international corporate bank, is seeking a Due Diligence Officer (20-80%) for a 6-month mission to support their Transaction Monitoring team.
You will assist in examining financial transactions to ensure compliance with international laws and corporate regulations. Collaborating closely with the Compliance team, you will gain insights into identifying risks within business operations.

Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing company transactions to identify potential red flags
- Ensure transactions comply with international sanctions and anti-money laundering regulations
- Help prepare reports on unusual or high-risk transactions
- Adhere to legal and compliance procedures
- Support registry or legal teams with administrative tasks as needed
We Are Looking For
- A current student (Bachelor or Master) in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field
- A keen interest in Compliance, Risk Management, or Corporate Banking
- Experience or foundational knowledge in trade finance is a strong asset
- Fluency in both English and French is essential
- Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook)
- A curious mindset and a willingness to learn
