Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Drug Delivery Systems Engineer to contribute to the development and optimization of combination products, including drug delivery devices for respiratory, subcutaneous, and intravenous applications.

Role Overview

This role involves technical design, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with industry standards. Please note that only applications matching the job profile will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute portfolio projects within agreed timelines, quality, and cost parameters to deliver competitive combination products and production processes.
• Develop technical design controls and risk management documentation.
• Contribute to the improvement of design, development, customization, specification, integration, qualification, and technology transfer processes for combination products.
• Collaborate with R&D, Technical Operations, Quality, and Operations teams to align strategies and ensure smooth project handovers.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation, regulations, guidance, and industry trends in the field of combination products.
• Provide data-driven insights, professional judgment, and support for business, technical, and project-related queries.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong scientific background in combination products and drug delivery systems.
• Experience with regulatory and quality standards, including documentation for quality assessments and regulatory submissions.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with design control and risk management processes.
• Proficiency in English.
