Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

  • A Master's degree (or equivalent qualifications) in educational science, psychology, computer science, instructional design, or a related field.
  • A strong focus on scientific research with a desire for interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Sound expertise in quantitative methods, ideally emphasizing experimental research.
  • A keen interest in pursuing an academic career.
  • The courage to innovate, accompanied by a pragmatic approach.
  • Initial experience working in teams and on research projects is preferred.
  • Confident communication in English, which is our common working and publication language. Knowledge of German is an advantage, but not required.
