Your Responsibilities

Your Profile
- A Master's degree (or equivalent qualifications) in educational science, psychology, computer science, instructional design, or a related field.
- A strong focus on scientific research with a desire for interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Sound expertise in quantitative methods, ideally emphasizing experimental research.
- A keen interest in pursuing an academic career.
- The courage to innovate, accompanied by a pragmatic approach.
- Initial experience working in teams and on research projects is preferred.
- Confident communication in English, which is our common working and publication language. Knowledge of German is an advantage, but not required.
