Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

  • A Master's degree (or equivalent) in educational science, psychology, computer science, instructional design, or related fields.
  • A strong focus on scientific work with a desire for interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Sound expertise in quantitative methods, ideally with a focus on experimental research.
  • A high interest in pursuing an academic career.
  • The courage to innovate, paired with a healthy dose of pragmatism.
  • Initial experience in working in teams and research projects is a plus.
  • Confident communication in English, our common working and publication language. Knowledge of German is a bonus but not required.
