Your Profile
- A Master's degree (or equivalent certification) in educational science, psychology, computer science, instructional design, or related fields.
- A strong commitment to scientific inquiry with a desire for interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Sound expertise in quantitative methods, ideally focused on experimental research.
- A high interest in pursuing an academic career.
- Courage to innovate, paired with a pragmatic approach.
- Initial experience working in teams and research projects is a plus.
- Confident communication in English, our common working and publication language. Knowledge of German is advantageous but not required.
