Join Our Team as a Warehouse & Coordinator

Proclinical is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse & Coordinator to join our Engineering team. This is not a traditional warehouse position; rather, it plays a critical role in supporting engineering projects by managing the receipt, storage, tracking, and administration of project equipment and materials.
In this role, you will work closely with engineers and project stakeholders to ensure incoming goods are accurately received, recorded, inspected, and made available for project use.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and accept incoming goods into the warehouse, including valves, piping, equipment, and project materials.
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
- Operate forklifts to unload, transport, and place goods in designated holding areas.
- Track inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Identify end users of incoming goods and coordinate collection through email communication.
- Record and document goods received using Excel spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Assist engineers with equipment inspections and project-related warehouse activities.
- Support data entry and administration of Bills of Materials (BOMs), spare parts lists, and equipment records.
- Maintain simple inspection reports and verify equipment details against purchase orders and specifications.
- Ensure materials are stored safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, inventory, or logistics environment.
- Current Forklift License with experience operating both High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
- Strong inventory management and stock control experience.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to coordinate activities with engineers and project teams.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- High attention to detail when checking deliveries, documenting inventory, and maintaining records.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with technical teams.
