We are currently seeking a Dispatcher (m/f/d) for Fischer Road Cargo AG, a well-established name in the transportation industry. The position is available for immediate start or as mutually agreed.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and handle logistics for orders in air freight and road transport, focusing primarily on air freight replacement transport and temperature-controlled goods, especially in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Dispatch vehicles and personnel efficiently.
• Record and process orders in the system.
• Manage invoicing of orders.
• Calculate and submit quotes for on-demand orders.
• Verify invoices for purchased services.
• Maintain customer relationships under the guidance of supervisors.
• Acquire new customers to expand business opportunities.
• Communicate with drivers through info boards or instructions regarding document changes and updates.
• Act as fleet manager overseeing the identification and deployment of pharmaceutical vehicles, ensuring maintenance and validation.

Qualifications

• Completed training with a focus on transport, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the transport or freight forwarding sector.
• Strong IT skills.
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working independently and effectively.
