Role Overview: Supervisor - Disassembly & Assembly

As a Supervisor for Disassembly & Assembly, you will lead a highly effective team of approximately 20 to 25 employees, prioritizing safety and quality while meeting time and cost expectations. You will coordinate team activities with direct stakeholders at SR Technics to ensure seamless process flow and optimal outcomes for the company.

Your Tasks

  • Ensure safety and quality of workmanship and documentation in compliance with all applicable SRT and airworthiness regulations at all times.
  • Organize support across SR Technics departments to guarantee performance, tools, equipment, and work documentation.
  • Manage human resources actively to ensure the availability of skills meets demand consistently.
  • Foster a performance-oriented culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow-up with employees.
  • Oversee the 5S methodology in your area, ensuring tidiness and proper documentation.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement by applying Lean principles to achieve organizational targets.
  • Assign employees to their roles, plan vacations in accordance with engine scheduling, and monitor labor efficiency.

Your Profile

  • A technical apprenticeship is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the MRO industry with a strong understanding of operational activities.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in English at level B1 and German at level C1 or higher.
  • Knowledge of Lean methodology is essential.
  • Additional management education is desirable but not mandatory.
