The Position
- Strategic Advocacy: Develop advocacy strategies aligned with Novo Nordisk’s global regulatory priorities. Influence regulatory frameworks through engagement with health authorities and industry associations.

Qualifications
- You have an advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or Master’s) in regulatory affairs, public policy, health sciences, or a related field.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to align regulatory advocacy with long-term policy goals and immediate market needs.
- Influence Excellence: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage regulators and stakeholders across cultural boundaries.

About the Department
At Novo Nordisk, our Regulatory Advocacy and Policy team is based in Zurich with global influence. You will lead from our Zurich office while engaging with stakeholders across International Operations (worldwide coverage except USA) to shape regulatory policy and drive competitive advantage.
