Main Purpose of the Position
The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the deployment and advancement of the VipEx and Loss Cost Tree (LCT) initiatives within the region. This role emphasizes embedding these initiatives into the operational culture to foster a sustained commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the current year's VipEx and LCT targets are achieved while establishing a robust pipeline of initiatives for the forthcoming years.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across regional and market organizations, including Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), commercial, and financial teams.
- Collaborate with the Group ISC capability team to effectively utilize existing resources in support of the LCT and VipEx initiatives.
- Advance the Performance Management foundations of the Carlsberg Excellence framework by identifying all loss-saving opportunities with a zero-loss mindset throughout the entire supply chain.
- Implement performance management foundational capabilities, such as priority deployment, Performance Management System (PMS), and problem-solving techniques, to address identified losses.
- Drive a continuous improvement program focused on developing performance and efficiency targets specific to the region.
- Enhance Supply Chain operations through the effective application of Carlsberg Excellence methodologies to eradicate waste and non-value-added activities across all facets of the supply chain.
- Ensure that all Carlsberg standard methods, tools, and processes are implemented in alignment with regional and global agreements.
- Train, coach, and assess the implementation of the comprehensive Carlsberg Excellence Journey, which includes foundational practices and all operational pillars.
- Actively support the continuous development of the Carlsberg Excellence Journey and facilitate deployment training for local leadership teams, ensuring clarity on organizational needs at each maturity phase.
