Position Overview
The primary purpose of this role is to lead the deployment and integration of the VipEx and Loss Cost Tree (LCT) initiatives within the region. This position ensures that these initiatives become integral to the operational culture of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the current year's VipEx and LCT targets while establishing a robust pipeline for future initiatives.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset throughout regional and market organizations, including ISC, commercial, and financial teams, which is essential for cultivating a growth-oriented culture.
- Collaborate with the Group ISC capability team to leverage existing resources in support of the LCT and VipEx initiatives.
- Promote the Performance Management foundations of the Carlsberg Excellence way of working to identify loss-saving opportunities with a zero-loss mindset across the entire supply chain. Embed these principles into all functions and markets, ensuring awareness is communicated from both top-down and bottom-up.
- Drive a continuous improvement program aimed at developing performance and efficiency targets for the region.
- Enhance the Supply Chain operations by effectively applying Carlsberg Excellence methodologies to eliminate waste and non-value-added activities across all aspects of the supply chain.
- Ensure all Carlsberg standard methods, tools, and processes are implemented as per regional and global agreements.
- Train, coach, and assess the implementation of the complete Carlsberg Excellence Journey, including its foundational elements and all pillars.
- Actively support the ongoing development of the Carlsberg Excellence Journey and its deployment training for local leadership teams, ensuring a clear understanding of organizational needs during each maturity phase.
