Main Purpose of the Position
The primary objective of this role is to lead the deployment and advancement of the VipEx and Loss Cost Tree (LCT) initiatives within the region, ensuring their integration into the operational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of the current year's VipEx and LCT targets, while identifying a robust pipeline of initiatives for upcoming years.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset across regional and market organizations, including the ISC, commercial, and financial teams, to promote a growth-oriented culture.
- Collaborate with the Group ISC capability team to leverage existing resources in support of the LCT and VipEx initiatives.
- Promote the foundations of Performance Management within the Carlsberg Excellence framework to identify loss-saving opportunities, instilling a zero-loss mindset throughout the entire supply chain. This includes embedding top-down and bottom-up loss awareness across all functions and markets.
- Drive a continuous improvement program aimed at developing performance and efficiency targets for the region.
- Enhance Supply Chain operations by effectively utilizing Carlsberg Excellence methodologies to eliminate waste and non-value-added activities throughout the entire supply chain.
- Ensure the implementation of all Carlsberg standard methods, tools, and processes in accordance with regional and global agreements.
- Provide training, coaching, and assessment for the full implementation of the Carlsberg Excellence Journey, including foundations and all pillars.
- Actively support the continuous development of the Carlsberg Excellence Journey and its deployment training for local leadership teams, ensuring alignment with the organizational needs of each maturity phase.
