Main Purpose of the Position
The primary objective of this role is to lead the deployment and advancement of the VipEx and Loss Cost Tree (LCT) initiatives within the region, ensuring that these initiatives are seamlessly integrated into the operational culture.
- Ensure that current year VipEx and LCT targets are met, while identifying a robust pipeline of initiatives for future years.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset throughout regional and market organizations, including the ISC, commercial, and financial teams, which is vital for cultivating a growth-oriented culture.
- Collaborate with the Group ISC capability team to effectively utilize existing resources in support of LCT and VipEx initiatives.
- Promote the foundations of Performance Management within the Carlsberg Excellence framework, identifying all loss-saving opportunities with a zero-loss mindset across the entire supply chain. This includes embedding awareness of losses in all functions and markets through both top-down and bottom-up approaches.
- Drive a continuous improvement program to develop performance and efficiency targets for the region.
- Enhance supply chain operations through the effective application of Carlsberg Excellence Methodologies, aimed at eliminating waste and non-value-added activities in all aspects of the supply chain.
- Ensure that all Carlsberg standard methods, tools, and processes are implemented in alignment with regional and global agreements.
- Train, coach, and assess the implementation of the complete Carlsberg Excellence Journey, including foundational elements and all pillars.
- Actively support the ongoing development of the Carlsberg Excellence Journey and its deployment training for local leadership teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of organizational needs at each phase of maturity.
